1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the mobile application "Wake Up, Drink Up" (the "App") provided by XTI Co.,Ltd. ("we", "the Operator"), and set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the Operator and users.

2. What the App provides

Alarms for your wake-up time, dismissed by a mission (camera check-in, shake, or math)
Habit features such as streaks, points and badges, plus wake-up history and statistics
An alarm check that tells you when the device is in a state that would silence or weaken the alarm
Additional features unlocked by the paid product (Pro Lifetime): no limit on the number of alarms, no limit on snoozes per ring, Pro alarm tones, and streak insurance (once a week)

3. Use

The App is available from the App Store. Some features are free and some are sold as a paid product.
You must use the App within its normal scope and must not reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble it, or bypass or tamper with its purchase or verification mechanisms.
You are responsible for the device and network environment needed to use the App.

4. Paid product

The price and contents of Pro Lifetime are shown in the App Store and on the in-app purchase screen.
Pro Lifetime is a one-time (non-consumable) purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal.
On any device signed in with the same Apple ID, "Restore Purchases" in the App re-applies a previous purchase.
Refunds are handled under Apple's App Store refund policy.

5. Alarm disclaimer

The App's alarms run on iOS alarm and notification systems. iOS policies and device settings (Do Not Disturb and Focus, the silent switch, volume, battery state and others) may delay or mute an alarm, and the Operator cannot fully control this. The App warns you on screen when it detects such a state, but the final configuration is your responsibility.
The App does not guarantee that you will wake up or drink water, and it is not a medical device. Consult a professional for decisions about your health, medication or fluid intake.
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for consequential losses, such as being late, caused by an alarm not sounding.

6. Intellectual property

The design, sounds, code and other content in the App belong to the Operator. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Changes and discontinuation

The Operator may change or discontinue the service for improvement, security or policy reasons, and will announce material changes in advance through the App or this website.

8. Amendments

The Operator may amend these terms within the limits of applicable law and will post the effective date and reasons in the App or on this website.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's place of business. Where the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
