LAST REVISED · September 13, 2026 · APP VERSION 1.0.0

XTI Co.,Ltd. ("we", "the Operator") complies with applicable privacy law, including Korea's Personal Information Protection Act. Wake Up, Drink Up (the "App") has no account, no server and no analytics. Everything the App creates lives on your device and, if you choose, in your own iCloud.

1. What the App stores

None of this reaches a server run by the Operator, and the Operator cannot read it. The iCloud backup sits inside your personal iCloud account and can be turned off in Settings; turning it off also deletes the copy in iCloud.

2. What we do not collect

3. Permissions

PermissionPurposeRequired?
NotificationsThe alarm, snooze and wake-check notificationsNeeded for alarms
Alarms (iOS 26, AlarmKit)System alarms that ring through silent mode and FocusOptional — falls back to notifications if declined
CameraThe water mission check-inOptional — the shake and math missions work without it

You can change any permission at any time in iOS Settings; declining one only limits that feature.

4. Third parties

Apple: App Store payment processing and purchase management (StoreKit), and iCloud backup storage, under Apple's privacy policy. No data is shared with any other third party.

5. Retention and deletion

Data on the device is deleted when you delete the App. The iCloud backup can be deleted by turning backup off in Settings or by resetting data inside the App. Purchase records are kept by Apple under Apple's policies.

6. Your rights

You can delete stored data at any time by deleting the App or turning backup off. Because the Operator holds no personal data, no separate access or correction procedure is needed; questions go to manager@x-ti.org.

7. Children

The App collects no personal data from anyone, including children under 14.

8. Changes

Changes to this policy are announced in the App or on this website, and the revision date at the top is updated.
